If I had my life to live over
If I had my life to live over
I would love more and hate less.
I would work less and travel more. I'd travel to places where my help would be needed.
I'd keep in touch with friends from back in the days. I'd actually make an effort to maintain friendships, rather than letting them go simply because they were not meant to be.
I would not take things for granted but rather thank the people who were closest to me and appreciate them.
I'm one of those people who look relaxed, but that's not the real story. I am lazy and impatient.
If I had my life to live over,
I would try more things, study harder rather than have the regret I have now.
But if I could take something into my next life, I would take my family, two best friends and, last but not least, my husband, because no one else can tolerate me or love me as much.
Now, it is your turn to make a poem titled 'if I had my life to live over' and publish it on your blog. Looking forward to reading some of your work! :)

Movie Review: Scott Pilgrim vs. the world.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the world.
From the very beginning of the movie, it was obvious that it was based on a graphic novel. The use of still-cuts, fast movements and unique computer graphics made the movie not so out there like some of heavy computer graphic movies. To a certain extent, the movie had its originality and had its own colour, which I normally seek in movies. The movie revolved around the main character, Scott Pilgrim, his friends and his love interests. Following a terrible breakup with a rival musician, Scott was heartbroken and rebounding. As part of his recovery, Scott started dating a 17-year-old high school student (his fake high school girlfriend). Just when things were looking up, he discovered Ramona (the red head), the woman of his dreams. Little did he know that this dream lady had some nightmare history.
The story never stopped surprising me, even when it was being stupid, and a lot of the jokes were fresh and funny. I won't give away any more details, but I definitely think it was worth a watch, and I think I'll remember it for a long time to come.

If I could propose a new law...
I'm not a huge fan of animals. I pat and hold cats and dogs once in blue moon like I do with babies. Although I do not have any particular admiration towards either, I believe that people should not be allowed to mistreat animals, or babies for that matter. They both are living and can feel and think, to a certain extent, just like human adults. Recently, the mistreatment of animals has created a media stir. I read an article about an English woman who thew a cat in a wheelie bin. She was caught on camera and now she's on youtube.
If I could propose a new law regarding the rights of animals, people would be tortured for abusing animals. They should be punished just as they punished the animals.
